My name is Diana Stegaru and living in Brighton enables me to pursue hobbies like sea swim, outdoor exercise and walking along the sea front, especially at dusk.

 

As a former fitness studio business owner, I know how hard it is to stay on top of all your tasks. The phone rings, clients are demanding, your staff have an emergency, a water pipe just burst and you haven’t answered Suzi’s email for a week or two. I started my virtual assistant business with one idea in mind: no business owner should struggle and be caught up in small non-urgent tasks,that can be easily delegated. With over 5 years providing the services I offer as a virtual assistant, you can be confident that your work will be done well and efficient.

Your journey can be different. You can do better and you can delegate things you are not good at to someone who has mastered them throughout the years. Don’t get me wrong, business has its own rewards and benefits, but they have to outweigh the costs on your time, energy and effort.

 

Have you ever asked yourself: why have I opened this business in the first place? I have no time, no free evenings to watch Netflix or spend with my kids and wife. Weekends are not weekends anymore; they are simply an extension of my working days. I have to answer calls, emails, comment on social media, reply to trolls, and protect my brand and identity. I was better off being an employee, with free time and great holiday pay.

 

Helping you stay organized, have a clean and up to date inbox and have regular social media posts are just some of the few changes I can make to your day. In turn, this will allow you to have extra free time to spend it as you please.

   

The advantages of working with a virtual assistant are huge: you don’t need to worry about payroll and pay slips, dealing with HR on my behalf, covering sickness , holiday pay, pensions, drama or being my personal therapist when I had a bad day. I have my own insurance that covers all of this.
